Autumn European-inspired wedding concept created by Event Den and Louise Treacy Photography.
This beautiful wedding editorial took place on a wintry day in Country Victoria at the stunning Camp David Farm. Located in Springhill, our team created a Euro-inspired wedding editorial with lush florals, fashion-forward bridal gowns and a reception table nestled in the autumnal gardens.
The weather on the day, in typical Melbourne fashion was less than ideal with freezing temps and set in rain, but the whole team came together and produced the most stunning end result!
THE CONCEPT
An ode to the gentle transitioning of the seasons – this European autumn-inspired wedding editorial aims to capture the essence of romance, elegance, and the timeless beauty that the Europe autumn season brings.
In a palette reminiscent of autumnal hues, the design for the ceremony and reception incorporated a rich tapestry of colours that define the season. Including deep caramels and rosy hues, to lush greens and neutral tones.
Key inspiration for this design which was planned and styled by Event Den was the venue, Camp David Farm with its elegant, formal gardens brimming with European style and a homestead that embodies ‘old-world provincial charm’.
THE FLORALS
Highlighting the season’s abundance, our florists Judah Rose created an array of luxurious arrangements with a natural, artistic feel – all using foam-free methods allowing the natural beauty of the flowers to take centre stage.
A lavish, garden-style ceremony brought a whimsical, natural feel while the simple elegance of the outdoor reception creating an intimate, dining experience true to the European culture.
THE FASHION
Adding a touch of high-end fashion and beauty were the divine dresses from Melbourne designers, Mia Ateliers and Maison Oui which perfectly paired with our European vision. Accessories from Amelie George Bridal, Harlo Shoes and Jimmy Choo completed the look with timeless hair and make-up from Faces by Ebonii.
THE STYLING
It was important to us that the design was filled with high-end, modern finishes which included exquisite stationery and signage designs from Evergreen Ink, premium linens from Table Art Event hire, furniture from The Table Station and tableware & decor from Event Den.
And of course, no celebration is complete without cake and we were honoured to have Masterchef baker, Mignone cakes create a delightful buttercream wedding cake.
