There’s a reason the Yarra Valley is one of the most loved wedding regions in Victoria. The landscape, the light, the rolling vineyards and the feeling of calm as soon as you arrive — it all creates the most beautiful setting for relaxed, meaningful celebrations.

Over the years, I’ve photographed weddings of all sizes across the valley. Each venue has its own personality, atmosphere and way of shaping how a wedding day unfolds. Below are a few of my favourites — places I know photograph beautifully, feel effortless on the day, and create stunning, natural images for my couples.

1. Stones of the Yarra Valley

Stones of the Yarra Valley is one of the most iconic wedding venues in the region. With its beautiful stone chapel, barn reception space and sweeping vineyard views, everything here is thoughtful and atmospheric.

Why I love it:

The property offers incredible variety — elegant ceremony spaces, warm golden-hour portrait locations, and a reception setting that feels intimate and inviting. It’s ideal for couples wanting something timeless without feeling overly formal.

Best for:

BEHIND THE LENS

MEET LOUISE

I approach weddings with calm and intention, creating images that are personal, natural, and beautifully composed.

While much of the day moves on its own, I step in with gentle guidance when it matters - helping you feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera.

From the big moments to the quiet details, I photograph your day as it unfolds — creating a visual story that reflects who you are and how it felt.
